Delivery Delays

Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of FMCG and cleaning products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Eligible for Return / Replacement

- You received an incorrect product
- The product has expired or is near expiry at the time of delivery
Return Request Timeline
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items bought under clearance or special discount offers (unless damaged)
Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
